2023 Vietnam ADRs Week (VAW 2023) - Adapting to a Vibrant Asia

Vietnam ADRs Week (VAW) is the one and only series of events  in Vietnam which is initiated by Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC). The first-ever VAW hosted by VIAC in 2020 grew into a significant series of activities that connected domestic and international arbitration practitioners and served as a forum for ADR experts to express their views for the improvement of the quality of arbitration. The Week so continues to be organized with the goal of contributing to enhance the competitiveness of the economy and business community, and facilitate the economic, trade, investment, scientific and technological cooperation between domestic and foreign entities in Vietnam.

VMC-HLU INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL MEDIATION COMPETITION - ICMC 2022

The ICMC 2022 is the first international commercial mediation competition held entirely in English in Vietnam. ICMC 2022 is one of the very few mediation competitions that have been held in the world. The 2022 ICMC is co-organised by Vietnam Mediation Centre -VMC, a division of Vietnam International Arbitration Centre - VIAC and Faculty of International Trade and Business Law, Hanoi Law University - HLU. The competition is open to all students studying from the same university or any tertiary institution across the country.
